Annoyed

I don't know if its just me, but I have a habit of not answering calls from numbers I don't know, as in people who are not in my contact list. When somebody with a random number keeps on messaging me bugging for something, I refuse to answer, simply because I don't know who they are. I don't mind replying, but it'll be just rude to ask back who you are right?

"Hai.. boleh berkenalan?"
"Salam perkenalan.. Awak study dekat UUM ke?"

The examples. But who are you? I have more annoying ones, but I guess they're not shareable..

Isn't it so hard to introduce yourself by just giving your name? Its like greeting a total stranger without introducing yourself first. For heaven's sake, do introduce yourself first when you send a text to someone who doesn't have your number, it'll make both sides easier to communicate.

I remembered an occasion where an Indonesian woman kept calling and SMS-ing me hundred of times, accusing me of sneaking out with her daughter with her indon accent. I was like WTH? I replied telling her I was not the 'Johan' she was looking for. She didn't believe it, and continued to accuse me using harsh words.

Well, patience has a limit, and I got very annoyed to the extend where I called her, told her I was not her imaginary 'Johan', that I was from Malaysia, and threatened her not to call again or else I'll make a police report to get her out of Malaysia. And she never called anymore. Peace ever since. :)
